Terms of Use (EULA) — Packing List

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Vladimir Lukashov ("we", "us") for use of the Packing List app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. This also serves as the End User License Agreement required by the App Store.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Apple devices. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

2. Subscription

The App requires an auto-renewing subscription (weekly and yearly options, with a free trial where offered). Payment is charged to your Apple ID and handled by Apple. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Restores are available via the App. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

3. What the list is — and is not

The App generates suggestions from the answers you give it. It is not a statement of what any airline, airport or country requires or permits.

4. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any list it produces. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, cost, or loss — including missed flights, confiscated items, denied boarding or entry, or anything left behind — arising from use of the App or reliance on its output. Your total remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

6. Apple

This EULA is between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the App or support and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
